浜幸寬醫(yī)師早在2009年就成為了江戶川綜合醫(yī)院的放射科主任,在放射腫瘤學(xué),分子成像方面有著豐富的經(jīng)驗(yàn),被業(yè)內(nèi)稱為“日本托姆刀治療引領(lǐng)者”,被評為走在的前沿的16位名醫(yī)之一。厚樸方舟與浜幸寬醫(yī)師保持長期深度合作,為大量國內(nèi)患者提供了更權(quán)威的醫(yī)療解決方案。

浜幸寬醫(yī)師就任的江戶川綜合醫(yī)院是世界上較早引進(jìn)三臺(tái)托姆刀(tomotherapy 螺旋斷層放射治療系統(tǒng))的,也是目前少數(shù)同時(shí)擁有三臺(tái)托姆刀的綜合醫(yī)院,托姆刀放射治療實(shí)例僅 2013 年就多達(dá) 17,741 例,之后治療實(shí)績更是穩(wěn)步提升,2014年達(dá)到22149件,2015年26128件、2016年23810件。

浜幸寬醫(yī)師帶領(lǐng)的放射科獲得了調(diào)強(qiáng)放射療法(IMRT)的認(rèn)證,擁有可靠的技術(shù)和豐富的經(jīng)驗(yàn),可以為患者提供日本先進(jìn)的放療。如使用無曝光MRI作為圖像評估的基礎(chǔ)(MRI不具有放射線暴露且圖像處理準(zhǔn)確),同時(shí)該科室是世界上唯一在同一設(shè)施中同時(shí)安裝了低磁場設(shè)備和高磁場設(shè)備(MRidian)的醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu),可以為患者提供低磁場設(shè)備和高磁場設(shè)備的模型選擇。另外,該科室可以在治療前對CT成像,從而在照射前確認(rèn)腫瘤的位置,有效避免照射偏離目標(biāo),在MRI引導(dǎo)的放射治療中,也可以實(shí)時(shí)拍攝斷層圖像,根據(jù)情況即時(shí)打開和關(guān)閉放射束,避免放療損傷人體正常細(xì)胞。
